Working individually with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions. Most of our 1 on 1 (or 2 on 1) clients only do personal training. That works for them but is not the limited to utilizing the coach’s knowledge to best improve your fitness. We also offer a membership add-on that gives you Personal Training sessions along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

The Workout of the Day is high-intensity training tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Expect each workout to use a variety of functional movements – including barbell work, kettlebells gymnastics and cardio. The programming is always varied, just like your life. Our expert Coaches will take you through from start to finish ensuring the results you want.

Our running club is led by member and running coach Kathy Davidson. Her decades of experience have helped numerous members become more consistent, learn to run more efficiently and tackle personal goals. The club meets primarily on Friday mornings. This can help get you ready for local races. Kathy is available for personal running coaching as well.

Olympic Weightlifting has always been a popular option here through the years. Our weightlifting staff have trained and studied under the eyes of USAW coaches and experts including Mike Burgener & Steve Swistak. These lifting programs run for about 8-12 weeks at a time.

We like to help our members be prepared for various events on their calendars. Whether it’s a local fitness throwdown, charity event or the rising popular Hyrox event, we offer adjustments and/or specialty classes to keep you ready.
